Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If your order is large/heavy and must be shipped with a freight company, please expect longer shipping times as our freight partners collect orders around once a week.

Henki offers competitive shipping prices to ensure transparency and minimal unexpected costs at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, Canada Post, Manitoulin Transport, etc. depending on the destination and order size. Tracking information can be provided upon request.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damages or Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing. Please contact us for any assistance with contacting the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded once dispatched.
